We generally meet someone and make them friends or we create a kind of relationship between you and that person after that we talk regularly and a few times after these talks decrease and we create a wall of emotions unconsciously or consciously we repeat these patterns with most of the person. After that, we will start feeling lonely, alone, etc. So the problem will come what we do for social health if we are attached to people then the problem if we are detached from people then the problem so the solution is that make a balance between two different things.
